Warranty Policy

At DDT Board Racks, every product is designed and built to a high standard. We stand behind the quality of our racks and offer a warranty to ensure confidence in your purchase, while also maintaining fair and reasonable use of this policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

All DDT Board Racks are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural faults under normal use

  • Issues present upon delivery that were not caused during installation

If a valid issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence showing the fault

All claims are reviewed before approval. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow installation instructions

  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper handling

  • General wear and tear including scratches, dents, or cosmetic marks

  • Environmental damage including moisture, humidity, or outdoor exposure

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

4. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring racks are installed correctly and securely.

Any damage or failure resulting from:

  • Incorrect mounting

  • Failure to install into suitable wall structures such as studs

  • Use of inappropriate hardware

will not be covered under warranty.

5. Returns and Replacements

If a claim is approved:

  • You may be required to return the item

  • Items must be returned in original condition where possible

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty upon arrival

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

6. Fair Use

This warranty is intended to cover genuine faults, not change of mind or misuse.

We do not accept:

  • Claims without evidence

  • Repeated or excessive claims that indicate misuse

  • Requests for refunds outside of valid warranty conditions
     

7. Processing Time

Approved claims may take up to 30 business days to process depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
