At DDT Board Racks, we take care to ship your racks in the most protective and hassle-free manner possible. For shipping details, please refer below.  

 

1. Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.   

 

2. Shipping Costs  

We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia.

We use Australia Post for the shipping of our products.  

 

3. Delivery Time  

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia is typically 3–9 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

 

4. Tracking Your Order  

Tracking numbers are provided via email after shipping.  
 

A tracking number can be used to receive detailed information about the package.  

 

5. Shipping Issues  

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delivery delays or additional shipping costs.
 

If you receive the package in damaged condition, please send an email to ddtboardracks@gmail.com and provide pictures of the damage so we can assist you better. 
 

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the parcel and resolve the issue.

 

6. Important Notes

We only ship Australia-wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.
