At DDT Board Racks, we take care to ship your crafted racks in the most protective and hassle-free manner possible. For shipping details, please refer below.  

 

1. Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  

In case of custom orders, the processing time may be longer depending on the details provided.  

 

2. Shipping Costs  

We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia.

We use Australia Post for the shipping of our products.  

 

3. Delivery Time  

In Australia, standard delivery is 3-7 business days.  

Delivery may take longer due to remote areas, carrier delays, or other unexpected issues.

 

4. Tracking Your Order  

Tracking numbers are provided via email after shipping.  

A tracking number can be used to receive detailed information about the package.  

 

5. Shipping Issues  

In case of an incorrect address, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.  

If you receive the package in damaged condition, please send an email to ddtboardracks@gmail.com and provide pictures of the damage so we can assist you better.  

 

6. Important Notes

We only ship Australia wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.
