Returns Policy

At DDT Board Racks, we maintain a high standard for every rack we manufacture. We ask for fair and honest treatment after the customer understands our policies. Please read through the guidelines below.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If any part of the rack arrives damaged or develops a fault, we may issue a refund or a replacement. In this case, you will need to submit clear photos or videos showing the issue and a brief description of the issues presented. After sending the evidence, we will verify the issue and confirm the eligibility for the claim.

2. Change of Mind

We have a no refunds or returns policy for change of mind reasons. Please check the items you wish to buy thoroughly before making a purchase.

 

3. Return Instructions

The items whose returns have been authorised will need to be returned in the same package and condition they were sent in. These items will need to be returned at the expense of the customer, except in cases of damage or fault.

 

4. Refunds & Replacements

In cases of confirmed eligibility and authorisation we will issue a full refund or issue a replacement. The refund will be sent to the same account the order was paid from and processing may take up to 30 business days.

 

5. Custom Orders

Please note that customer orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
